Returns and Refunds

Sometimes things aren’t as we expect or things can go wrong. We understand that, which is why we have a refund and returns policy in place.

Can I get a refund?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since you purchased, then we cannot arrange a refund or exchange for your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item you ordered must be unused and in the same condition as it arrived, and with the original packing it came with. (Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Custom made products.)

To complete your return, you will need to email with your purchase number and a copy of proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and determine if the item qualifies for a refund. We will notify you about our decision via email. If approved, your refund will be processed into the bank account used to make the purchase.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. It may take a few days before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There might be some processing time before a refund is completed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to exchange your item for another item of the same value in the store, you can email, you will need to pay for postage fees on the exchange. There are exceptions where we won’t be able to accept an exchange.


You are responsible for paying for shipping costs on returning items to us. The shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to damage on our behalf). Due to your location, the time it may take for your item to reach us, or an exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
